We have build the Zebrafish facility in Singapore for the Insitute of Molecular and Cell Biology in two steps: 2004 part 1 and 2, 2005 part 3 and 4.

For the fish facility we couple several racks of the stand-alone versions "Modul 30" and "Modul 60" together to several systems with water circulation pumps, filtration systems and electrical control systems.

Room base size of the zebrafish facility: 354m²
Total water content: 34,821 liters

Technical Data:

  • 32 circulation pumps
  • 64 UV-lamps for sterilisation
  • 32 fine filters(quadruble)
  • 24 thermostats
  • 4 alarm systems
    for water pumps monitoring

Water content of part 1 and 2:

  • forty eight racks of "Module 60"
    with 22,464 ltrs. in glass cabins
  • twenty four racks of "Module 30"
    with 1,152 ltrs. in boxes

Total water content of part 1 and 2: 23,616 liters

Water content of part 3 and 4:

  • twelve racks of "Module 60"
    with 5,445 ltrs. in glass cabins
  • thirty four racks of "Module 30"
    with 5,760 ltrs. in boxes

Total water content of part 3 and 4: 11,205 liters
